Challenge

Ladies Nation wanted to be known in the fashion streetwear niche but was receiving very slow growth in sales. Although they had quality content that represent their brand, they did not get the desired sales that they were expected.

Strategy

Throughout the consultation process with Ladies Nation we’ve identified that although their content was up to par, we needed to modify the brand’s message and the meaning behind it. After the restructuring of the companies message we created campaigns to bring more customers to their store and added a funnel pricing structure to their online store.

Results

Our plan of action to grow Ladies Nation brand and sales resulted in a huge boost. Our efforts increased sales by 48% and brought in an influx of testimonials for the brand. Our dynamic pricing strategy helped her online store make 3x more per $1 spent from her advertising.
