Deep Root Records

Challenge

Deep Root Records needed more ticket sales for their events. They were in a very competitive space, the NYC nightlife space, where they were competing with hundreds of events each night. They also wanted to grow their label and create a brand that would attract top artists.

Strategy

Although Deep Root Record had access to top venues in NYC, they were obligated to sell tickets and fill the space to be profitable. We created content that made their event experience seem as though it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. By positioning their parties and highlighting acts we were able to bring more attention to their events.

We then created campaigns targeting their ideal market while simultaneously building a contact list.

Results

After Artlet, Deep Root Records has grown to consistently have sold out shows - they now do multiple shows a night at different venues a few times a week.

They have grown their contact list to over 40,000+ and as a result has built a reputation that brought in tons of top artists and acts to their label. Their licensing department has received a hundreds of requests for music to be used in commercials.
